Awesome experience at Bob Smith with Greg and Shant. My first BMW lease and it could not have gone more smoothly. They answered all of my questions thoroughly both in-person and via email and I felt none o first BMW lease and it could not have gone more smoothly. They answered all of my questions thoroughly both in-person and via email and I felt none of the bad vibes typically associated with the car purchasing/leasing process. Getting a car isn't easy these days, but Greg and Shant kept me updated throughout the process and in the end, mine arrived sooner than expected. While waiting, I came in for a test drive, prepped credit check and other leasing processes in advance so that the pickup day would go all the more smoothly.
