Prompt reception and timely service Jack and the rest of the crew did a great job for me. I was able to check in quickly and the service was quickly executed. The only problem was that I Jack and the rest of the crew did a great job for me. I was able to check in quickly and the service was quickly executed. The only problem was that I wasn't able to get a voluntary service campaign for additional anti-corrosion material for the underbody at the same time. It wasn't the service department's fault however. Apparently a new piece of equipment had to be ordered and it hadn't arrived yet. I'm looking forward to seeing them again when they can complete this for me. More

Going the extra mile. Driving home from vacation I unfortunately topped my tank off with gas that contained water. Over five hours away from home I called KIA. In a past experience, there was an issue with my doors. The doors conveniently did not act incorrectly at the dealership but the service guys brought me back to my car so I could explain.
