Great Service I bought my KIA 12/12/15. I had a situation where something got on my car that I couldn't get off with washing and rubbing. I took it to the service I bought my KIA 12/12/15. I had a situation where something got on my car that I couldn't get off with washing and rubbing. I took it to the service department at Bob Site Kia and they were able to come up with a compound that removed the problem without taking off the finish! I also have had 2 oil changes and had my tires rotated. I was very pleased when I received the best treatment from Nate and everyone else there. Nate answered all my questions and didn't treat me like a dumb woman. Yes, I have experienced that attitude at other places. Cudos to all the staff at Bob Site Kia in Independence, Mo. More

Oil change & rotate tires I arrived early for my appointment by about 45 minutes expecting to wait, which was not a problem. I was told my wait would be approximately 1 hr 15 m I arrived early for my appointment by about 45 minutes expecting to wait, which was not a problem. I was told my wait would be approximately 1 hr 15 min. To my surprise, I was out in 45 min. Very impressed with everyone I came in contact with. Positive experience; no issues. I don't think anyone likes to take their car in for service, but it was overall a good experience.
