I need a battery today My battery died went to the closest auto parts store to get a new one they told me they could not put it in. Called Nate at Bob Sight KIA. Told Nate I need a battery could you fit me in today. Bring Flo (my Kia Soul) on over I not only got a battery but an oil change and they checked her out to make sure all was well. Made appointment...2 and 1/2 hour wait After making an appointment for a "routine" maintenance checkup, we waited for over 2 hours for service to be completed. We think the serviceman forgo After making an appointment for a "routine" maintenance checkup, we waited for over 2 hours for service to be completed. We think the serviceman forgot we were waiting. A number of other customers who came after us, were taken care of and left before us. In fact, after waiting for over 2 hours, I had to go down and remind the gentleman that we were still waiting. He seemed surprised. We were too. We made our appointment with Jack Spence, but they told us when we got there that he was not working that day. Mr Spence has always provided us with outstanding service. But our long wait (and an actual cost that was considerably above the estimated cost given to us earlier) made this visit to your service department uncustomarily unsatisfactory. More
