We have bought several vehicles through the years from several different Dealers this time was by far the easiest and quickest time we have spent buying a new vehicle. Chuck was great he was honest and forthcoming and he never tried to push us for more than we were asking in fact he found a better interest rate for us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. WOW, this was the most pleasant new car purchase we've ever had! Just purchased a 2012 Optima. Our salesman Cass Thompson was very friendly, informative and answered all our questions. The dealership was very busy, and as we sat with Cass and our deal concluded, we observed a number of other salesman interacting with customers and it was just "down home" friendliness, courtesy and respect. So on December 27, 2011, we went back to Bob Sight Kia in Independence MO and we requested Richard as our salesman. He, again, was so helpful and knowledgeable. We traded in our 2010 Kia Forte and purchased a 2012 Kia Sportage. We are so pleased with the service he gave us. Everything was explained to us about the vehicle. We have told our friends about our salesman and our excellent experience. We would recommend Richard Buehler and the dealership to anyone! More
