Chuck Harmon did a fantastic job helping us decide on our new 2012 Kia Sorento. Not only was he patient through the whole process, but helped us understand what Kia had to offer in color exterior and interio new 2012 Kia Sorento. Not only was he patient through the whole process, but helped us understand what Kia had to offer in color exterior and interior and which package came with what and how everything worked. We traded in a 2000 Honda and felt we received a fair trade for the number of miles on the car. Before we left, he went over all the features on the car and explained how to work them and paired our cell phones /blue tooth. We are extremely happy with our purchase and my husband wants to replace his impala with another kia. We know who will help us with that one too. Buying a car was not as painful as it was years ago. When I got up to KIA, I was introduced to Mike Elsloo. He went out of his way, and did everything he could to make this experience a pleasent one for me. When my husband got off work and met me at KIA so he can drive the car I picked, Jim made us both feel right at home. When all the papers were signed and the deal was sealed, Jim still went over and beyond to help us with all the new buttons in the new car. We came to the dealership with the intention of looking for a used car, because we figured it was more in our price range. We met Jerry on the lot, and he was great from the beginning. We ended up purchasing a brand new car, and made it right in our price range. He was very patient with us through the whole process, and I felt as if I was buying a car from a friend, rather than a car salesman. He definitely was looking out for us as a buyer, rather than pushing to try and make a sale so he could make a commission. Overall experience was excellent, and I will definitely look there first when we are ready to make our next purchase. More

Kia came up in comparison shopping in the internet. I liked the price,style,and options available. I phoned the dealership for some information, and visited with a very helpful salesperson Mile Cowley. H liked the price,style,and options available. Mo Bob Sight Kia and was greeted as I exited my vehicle my another salesperson-Chuck. He informed me Mike was out of the office, but woudl return soon if I wanted to wait. I was on a limited schedule so we look around at the available cars. I settled on a Sorento. We test drove, and Chuck explained and answered my question. I relayed all the information to my husband, and we returned within a few days to the dealership for further test driving and etc. Mike had contacted us by phone offering to help us anyway in our decision or whatever. Throughout our final decision to purchase and final paperwork, tour of the dealership everyone at Bob Sight Kia were very professional, VERY friendly and helpful. We wanted a particular exterior/interior color. They found our choice at another dealership, delivered same day fully gased and sparkling clean. Overall Bob Sight Kia, Indep. Mo was the most pleasant experience we have had in the last twenty years of buying new cars. My wife and I just bought a 2012 Optima from Chuck and the whole experience was outstanding. I had called in advance with the make/model I was interested in, and he had one gassed up and ready for me to t the whole experience was outstanding. No hassle at all about the test drive . . . just gave us the keys, tagged the car and told us to take our time. They gave us a fair amount for our trade-in, honored the Kia loyalty bonus and low finance offers, and worked with us on the price of the vehicle. Had to wait while some folks did their financing before ours, and to pass the time he brought me a bowl of the seafood gumbo he made for the staff that day. Yum. Once we got in for financing it took maybe 10-15 minutes. The car was freshly washed and ready to go when we were done. He walked us through the features, and we drove it home. The experience really couldn't have been any better, and Chuck in particular was great to work with. More

I did several internet inquiries and within few hours I had received responses from three local Kia dealerships. I was on vacation so i had planned on doing some car shopping and test driving all that week. It took me most of the week to get the opportunity to get out to test drive an optima as my wife's car broke down leaving the both of us with only one mode of transportation. Finally on Thursday i was able to get to Bob Sight Kia and asked for Matt Rodecap whom id been corresponding with the last couple of days. Upon meeting Matt I quickly realized that he was not the stereotypical car salesman that i have dealt with so many times in the past. Soft spoken, knowledgeable, and very low pressure. He asked what i was looking for and immediately brought me a set of keys to an optima so that my wife and I could test drive. Upon returning from the test drive Matt offered to let us take one home for a few days to "try it out" which I declined that day but accepted the following day since my wife and i were down to one car. After enjoying the optima for a day I decided that it was the car that i wanted so i went in and talked to Matt who had 3 offers to me in a matter of minutes. I took the offers home and decided I was going to make an offer on an EX with the premium package. I called Matt and made an offer and he quickly called me back and told me to come in so we could talk. Upon arriving he met us at the door and had my wife and i sit down while he talked to the sales manager. After a short time of going back and fourth with offers and counter offers we came to an agreement which worked for me but unfortunately they didn't have any EX with the premium package so they were going to have to find one somewhere. After 20 minutes or so Matt approached me about an optima SX-turbo with everything I wanted, the finance manager had been driving a few months that had a couple thousand miles on it. He offered me that vehicle at the price we had agreed on for the EX and after a wonderful test drive I agreed but told him that i needed to keep my corolla for a couple of days so my wife would have something to drive while her car was being repaired. Matt said that they were going to keep my Corolla and give her a loaner for the weekend! I had fully planned on shopping each of the Kia dealerships in town in an attempt to get the best deal but after my experience with Matt Rodecap at Bob Sight Independence Kia I am so glad that I Chose to go there first. I am in love with this completely awesome car and will be a customer for life. More
