I came to Bob Sight Independence Kia to see Mike Cowley because I was referred by a friend that asured me that Mike would take great care of me. I was very skeptical about going to a car dealership because because I was referred by a friend that asured me that Mike would take great care of me. I was very skeptical about going to a car dealership because of a couple past experiences, that left me with anxiety about even taking a drive down Noland Rd. But I had to find a car because mine had been stolen. I told Mike what I was looking for and he took the time to show me what he had in stock and also called me on a couple of occasions when something new came in. Mike suggested that I look on the Bob Sight Kia website and when I saw something that I liked invited me to come back for a test drive. He sent me home with the car that night giving me a chance to see that this really was the car that I wanted. Because of my past experiences I had made the decision to be a smarter shopper this time. In doing this I used Kelly Blue Book to do price comparisons to make sure that I would at least have an idea of what the price range should be for the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. When I checked on the car that I was interested in at Bob Sight I saw that the car was very reasonably priced. Mike made sure that I was comfortable that I had gotten a good deal and closed the sale. Still I was skeptical because I thought the hard part would come when it was time for the financing. I was wrong again. Even though I didn't have a very good credit rating and had a past repo on my credit report they were able to work with me and get me a fair interest rate. Before I knew it I was leaving Bob Sight with the keys to my new car feeling confident that I had a reliable vehicle, feeling good about the deal that I had made and feeling so thankful to Mike for all of his help. I would definately refer him and Bob Sight to any of my friends or family that are looking to buy a car. And in the future when the time arises for me to purchase another car I would feel good about coming back to see Mike again.
