Air conditioning This is the first time I've had something wrong with my Kia Optima since I bought it new over 2 years ago. I had water leaking on the passenger side, This is the first time I've had something wrong with my Kia Optima since I bought it new over 2 years ago. I had water leaking on the passenger side, called and set up an appointment, they took my car in the second I arrived, and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! Also they told me they would continue to check the hose that was leaking every time I bring my car in for an oil change. Excellent service and a great group of employees! More

I love that the staff is reliable and will tell you what repairs your car needs without being super pushy. I found that I would need a new battery soon when I went in for a routine oil change. I was quoted a price and went home to consider my options. Nate (the staff member) also said he entered in some kind of coupon code onto my account and within a week I received a discount coupon for the battery service. It was a great deal, the installment was done quickly and everyone was great and made sure I was happy with my service. More

2ND TIME AND STILL GREAT!!! I bought a Kia Forte in 2012 and I loved the car. So when my husband needed a good reliable car, I went back to Bob sight Kia in Independence and The I bought a Kia Forte in 2012 and I loved the car. So when my husband needed a good reliable car, I went back to Bob sight Kia in Independence and The service was the same with the same group of sales men. I was in and out with a car in under 2 hours it was amazing they didn't show me anything I couldn't afford and got my husband a Kia Rio that he loves and in budget. Brian Buehler was our sales guy and he took the time to look up my last car purchase to see if my same sales guy was still at Kia and he was but he was promoted to a manager, so Brian continued to work with us and find a car my 6'4" husband could drive within our small budget. I am soo pleased with Kia in Independence I hope anyone looking for a car comes and speaks with the sales men here they are amazing and understand that we need a car to drive but we have other bills and stuff to pay for too. Just a wonderful company so glad there are some good guys left in the car business. Megan More
