We also have our sister store, Bob Sight Ford in Lees Summit, Missouri. Our KIA store has been up and running since 2005, always sticking to the basics, do business the RIGHT way, and if we make a mistake, we are happy to fix it.

Made appointment...2 and 1/2 hour wait After making an appointment for a "routine" maintenance checkup, we waited for over 2 hours for service to be completed. We think the serviceman forgo After making an appointment for a "routine" maintenance checkup, we waited for over 2 hours for service to be completed. We think the serviceman forgot we were waiting. A number of other customers who came after us, were taken care of and left before us. In fact, after waiting for over 2 hours, I had to go down and remind the gentleman that we were still waiting. He seemed surprised. We were too. We made our appointment with Jack Spence, but they told us when we got there that he was not working that day. Mr Spence has always provided us with outstanding service. But our long wait (and an actual cost that was considerably above the estimated cost given to us earlier) made this visit to your service department uncustomarily unsatisfactory. More
