The finance dept was great to deal with, financing went smoothly. I needed an oil change and multi point check up and had a 1.5 hour window. The service dept was able to work me in. There was other people in the waiting area that was done and taken care of before I was called. The work-in was realistic and not double booked to where someone else had to be put behind or wait longer. My van came back to me clean without grime on the steering wheel or door handle. I respect the hard wok the service gentleman do and it would be a challenge to keep clean between each vehicle. The waiting area was clean and spacious, the children's room is a bonus for families with active little ones. More
