The waiting room is comfortable, and kid friendly, so even though it may take awhile for the service to be completed, you are guaranteed it's thorough. Only once has someone made a mistake. They did everything possible to ensure it was fixed, that no other issues would result from it, and compensated for the inconvenience. All the staff I've interacted with are friendly and professional. They have set the bar high for us if we ever have to use a different dealership. More
