Excellent Service ad Bob Sight Kia I took my Kia Sorento in to have the oil changed and tires balanced and rotated, as well as an issue with my moon roof. All went wonderful, and Jack I took my Kia Sorento in to have the oil changed and tires balanced and rotated, as well as an issue with my moon roof. Nice Surprise Was impressed by Kia 24 hour Emergency Roadside service team, the tow service they sent (Kitch Towing out of Topeka), Bob Sight Kia and with the servi Was impressed by Kia 24 hour Emergency Roadside service team, the tow service they sent (Kitch Towing out of Topeka), Bob Sight Kia and with the service department manager at the dealership, Jack Spence. Purchased our Sportage in 2013 from Bob Sight. Recently, was returning home to Garden City, KS and encountered engine problems in Topeka. Contacted the "800" roadside assistance team and they were wonderful, very caring and efficient. The tow company they sent (Kitch Towing of Topeka) was amazing and arrived at my location in about 25 minutes. The tow truck driver, Grant, loaded the car and then me and took us both back to the dealership in Independence, MO. I had contacted my daughter to come pick me up in Topeka, but Grant stated that he could not leave me alone in Topeka without a vehicle. Upon arriving at Bob Sight, my car was off loaded and a quick inspection was completed. Jack stated that I would probably need to supply my maintenance records (oil changes). Since it was Saturday and the heavy engine employee had finished his shift, they would have to wait until Monday to get a clear understanding of the engine issues. On Monday I called to speak with Jack and he requested that I bring the service records over so that they could be copied and sent on to Kia for their decision. On Tuesday, Jack called to say that Kia was replacing the short block of the engine. Although there was a recall going on, my vehicle was not on the recall list, however we were still under warranty. Jack made arrangements for me to pick up a rental from Enterprise (which Kia picked up the cost of) and I was able to return home while the engine was being replaced. The repair took 10 days. Because of the level of service that we received, I was not disappointed, and when we need to purchase another vehicle, will return to Bob Sight Kia. Jack did a great job in seeing the service/replacement process through for us. Overall, pretty painless, even though inconvenient. Thank you Jack, Bob Sight and Kia. You will keep us a Kia supporters and customers. We love our Kia. Linda Guhr More

NOT my first experience! Nate, Just to set the record straight; I bought the Sedona from your dealership in 2011 from Brian Buhler, and it has not been serviced anywhere else Nate, Just to set the record straight; I bought the Sedona from your dealership in 2011 from Brian Buhler, and it has not been serviced anywhere else since that time. I don't put much mileage on it, so it does not come in very often. Apparently, some of your records have disappeared. More to the point; your service is almost always thorough and timely. Only once did I have a complaint, when the mechanic left the air cleaner cover unattached and the fasteners laying in the top of the unattached cover. That's a little careless, and I'm sure my complaint was well addressed. Your service representatives (I've dealt mostly with Jack Spence) are always polite and helpful. In my vast experience with car dealerships (going on 60 years owning cars now) and their service departments, yours ranks as one of the best. No double-talk, and no hassle. My kudos to you and your associates for a job well done. More
