One would think if there is factory recall Kia would supply the service departments with the replacement parts so the customer does not have to make a return trip. Fast and friendly service! Jack is the best! Had alot of routine maintenance stuff done to my Kia Soul. Oil change, transmission flush, radiator flush, cabin filter changed, and tune up. Made an Had alot of routine maintenance stuff done to my Kia Soul. Oil change, transmission flush, radiator flush, cabin filter changed, and tune up. Made an appointment when it was convenient for me. It took about an hour to do all of it and I was back on the road. Doesnt get any easier than that!:) More
