I had a very simple and quick experience with Bob Sight Ford, I was looking for a low mileage truck for under $10,000 and they had one. The service writer was friendly and knowledgeable. Work started swiftly and I was advised of it's progress several times. When unexpected problems were discovered, I was notified immediately and an accurat started swiftly and I was advised of it's progress several times. When unexpected problems were discovered, I was notified immediately and an accurate estimate was provided. I was offered several repair options and each was explained to me. I was pleased to notice that no pressure was applied suggesting that I accept the most expensive option. Once I decided, the work was completed on time. During the repair process,I asked them to install an accessory and they convinced me that I didn't need it. I was impressed by their professionalism. I will return to them for any of my Ford service needs (I own several Ford trucks) More
