Great help in resolving tailgate closing issue on our 2008 Expedition. The gate wants to close on its own, unexpectedly, when opened. We had a great new car buying experience. Our salesperson, Gene Hill, searched for days to find just the right car to meet the requests and price that we were looking for. At one point, I though salesperson, Gene Hill, searched for days to find just the right car to meet the requests and price that we were looking for. At one point, I thought we might not find one anywhere near, but Gene persevered and found one that fit the criteria perfectly. He had it waiting right in front when we arrived and took us through everything step by step making sure we were familiar with all the features on our new Fusion. Then, he introduced us to the service department manaager and told us how that departnent was available for future needs. He followed up with us after the purchase to be sure that the car was everything we wanted and it definitely is. We are very happy with our purchase and the experience. We feel we also made a friend in Gene Hill. More

I took my 2008 F350 Diesel to Bob Sight Ford for a factory recall and a leaking radiator. Service Advisor Patrick Fase was very professional and kept me advised throughout the process. They had the new radiator in stock and installed it the same day. I had my truck back by the end of the day and the factory recall was also performed. I was hooked to this dealership since 2005. I have bought a 2006 GT new from them and then a lady decided to total it for me. I quickly called Gene and he found a 2007 fully loaded GT for a great price and h a 2006 GT new from them and then a lady decided to total it for me. I quickly called Gene and he found a 2007 fully loaded GT for a great price and had it shipped from out of town for me. I then bought an F150 from Gene in 2009 and I'm ready again to buy yet another from this dealership. We have been treated very well even when our credit wasn't that good back in 2005.
