I selected one, Tim brought it around, handed me the keys, and told me to take it for a ride. The truck sold itself. The sale numbers were easy to understand, the price was what I had expected, and we completed the paperwork. Tim was easy to work with, knows the product, and went over all the features. I would definately recommend Tim, and he will be my 1st choice for my next vehicle. More

Problem solved I originally posted a review about the service of my mother-in-laws Ford Escape that was 4 years old but only had 18,000miles on the vehicle. The sun roof motor was bad and I felt there should have been a "Good Faith" warranty of some fashion given at the time of service and there was not. I received a call from the General Manager and he offered a solution to our problem. I am now very satisfied with my dealings with Bob Sight Ford and appreciate their time and effort in dealing with this matter. More

Poor Customer Service My husband and I went into the dealership looking to find my him a new truck. We don't the guy what we were looking for an he pulled up several options and then we set what price we were wanted to be in and he said "Okay" and went to pull up some options and he pulled up one car that was WAY out of our price range and it was raining and my husband got in the car and walked around the dealership by himself because the salesman didn't want to get wet then when my husband started negotiating price, the salesman said they don't negotiate. They are set a price kind of dealership and we walked away. Never got a call back or anything! No customer service skills or desire to satisfy a customer. More
