I called to get an appointment for an oil change. They told me to bring it in and they would work it in. So I dropped it off the evening prior in the dropbox and left it with them all day. I called them when I got off work at 3:00 and they said it hadn't been worked in yet. They kept stringing me along so I finally showed up at 5:45 pm since they close at 6:00 pm. The guy said they couldn't get to it after leaving it with them the entire day. So incredibly disrespectful and I'll never go there again. More
I have been purchasing vehicles for over 43 years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The entire staff helped in some form or fashion to get my new car ready, paper work completed, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. This experience lined up perfectly with my search for my forever vehicle, the Ford F-150 Raptor. Looking for the right used Raptor started out very tedious. After years of searching, it finally surfaced at Bob Sight Ford Dealership in Missouri, 1100 miles away, and I didn't hesitate to grab it. With Garett Gibson as my sales representative, the whole process was flawless. Garett went above and beyond the duties and responsibilities of your average sales representative. Anytime your sales representative picks you up from the airport, you can't help but to feel like a VIP. Garett is a top notch sales representative and a reflection of Bob Sight Ford Dealership. If I could go back to Bob Sight Ford for another vehicle I would in a heartbeat. So for the out-of-towners that will read my post, TAKE THE LEAP, it's worth it. Would give a zero. Went to dealership based on 5 cars we were very interested and ready to purchase. When we got there a very uninterested sales person asked us what Went to dealership based on 5 cars we were very interested and ready to purchase. When we got there a very uninterested sales person asked us what we’re looking for and I said we saw five cars on the website that said on site, not in-transit, pending sale or at another dealership. He looked on his own website, he did even know what was on his lot. He then showed me a k and an m in front of two of those cars that meant they were in Kansas and the other somewhere in Missouri. 2 other cars he said must have sold but wasn’t sure. Then after a good ten minutes comes out and says he has one car of the 5 on their website which I looked at that morning before we drove the 30 minutes to that site. This is a total bait and switch. Unethical and just totaling unprofessional. Never buy from them. We left and drove to Nissan and bought a beautiful Pathfinder. Great service at Nissan. Bob Sight is a joke!!! More
Made an appointment with Tommy to have them fix a recall and do an oil change and rotation and pull some codes from a check engine light. I took it in on appointment day and Tommy said they don't have the p and do an oil change and rotation and pull some codes from a check engine light. I took it in on appointment day and Tommy said they don't have the part to fix the recall - Also said they wouldn't work with my warranty company. SO CALL AHEAD AND MAKE SURE THEY WILL WORK WITH YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY!!! Tommy didn't order the part or even offer when to fix the recall and they charged me 230 bucks for the oil and rotation... well to be fair $185 is what they charged for labor.... I wont be doing any business with them again!!! More

Every person I have been in contact with has treated me with respect and friendliness. Especially Zach Sight and Ronnie Vargas. Even in the service department! During this visit, Ward took care of me and assured me they knew exactly what was wrong and that my warranty would cover it. More
