Best car buying experience ever! My husband and I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Bob Sight Ford and I'm not sure if I am more impressed by our new car or the level of serv My husband and I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Bob Sight Ford and I'm not sure if I am more impressed by our new car or the level of service we received from Tyler our sales rep. He not only managed to have our car ready to test drive by the time we got there, but also showed a huge amount of respect for our time. After we had decided to go ahead and make the purchase he informed us that the finance office was backed up and offered to let us take the car and return the following business day to finish our sale. While we were gone he asked if he could check two other lenders (we brought our own financing) and see if he could beat the rate. When we showed back up to finish paper work he presented our original deal and then managed to beat it with a lower rate! I could not be happier with our new car and the service we received; all together we spent less than two hours at the dealership and at every turn Tyler found a way to make our experience more enjoyable. More
