I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, so the entire experience took less than 4 hours. I worked with Tyler Gray and he was very helpful. I felt none of the extreme sales pressure that I felt from other Ford dealers in the KC metro, even with the sales manager who was trying to sell extended warranties. Everyone at the dealer that I met was very accommodating and helpful as well. As far as the car goes, I picked up a '17 Ford Fiesta ST. This car was listed far below MSRP and even cheaper than a lower spec ST I was looking at from another dealer. I felt no need to negotiate as I was already getting a great deal on the car. I plan to come back when I am ready for a new car or need to get a new car for my SO. Thanks Bob Sight, for the great experience! More

Worth the drive I drove down from Minneapolis (a bit over 7 hours). I passed more than a few ford dealers along the way.
