Kyle worked hard to get everything taken care of with my extended warranty. The other service advisor is a bit grouchy and could lose the attitude. I agree with some of the other comments, when they "wash" extended warranty. The other service advisor is a bit grouchy and could lose the attitude. Maybe taking a little more time to dry it off would help. Keep Kyle, he is a hard worker and follows up. The other guy doesn't really seem to like his job. More

I was told 45 minutes. It took an hour and a half on a Monday. They also sprayed the car off. But left it wet so now I have to wash it due to all the water spots.
