Took my car in for a recall. Staff were kind and the waiting area seemed clean and was welcoming. My biggest complaint was that the recall was to take “about an hour” and ended up taking nearly 2 hours. waiting area seemed clean and was welcoming. I understand service takes time, but my suggestion would be to over-estimate the time needed to allow people to plan accordingly. I’m still recommending this service center if it’s conveniently located for you. More

My car required major servicing that required expertize and time. Wife decided it was time for a new car and after a bit of research, decided on a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. We decided on a new one, then it was just a matter of where we could get a deal we were happy e research, decided on a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. We decided on a new one, then it was just a matter of where we could get a deal we were happy enough with and what color. After getting to the dotted line at another dealership, we didn't think we were getting a good deal. We ended up at Indy Hyundai the next day and worked with Kohlin and Angie. We had a great experience that went along smoothly enough and ended with us feeling like we a good enough deal on our trade and the price of the car we wanted. The dealership isn't the most fancy, but I heard them say it's slated to get a renovation in the coming months. The location is convenient enough for us living on the southside The customer service was great.. everyone was super friendly and had a good time with us More
I was able to get an appointment for a recall quickly and easily. Communication needs to be a little better - no one told me what the outcome of the recall was, I was just directed to the cashier for paperwo easily. I thought that when they called to tell me my vehicle was ready or when I went to pick it up, I would be advised about what was done like at other dealerships I have been to. When I got into my vehicle to leave, all of my temperature settings, clock and radio had been changed which I figured was because of a computer update but looking around, it looked like my vehicle has been gone through. Overall my experience was ok but will probably not be going back to this dealership. More
