My son drove from Fort Worth Texas and I drove from Fort Wayne to meet in Indy for the state wrestling championships. His power driver's seat adjustment was stuck in position for his 4' 10" wife who usuall Wayne to meet in Indy for the state wrestling championships. His power driver's seat adjustment was stuck in position for his 4' 10" wife who usually drives the Sonata. He is 5' 7" so he had driven about 900 miles with his knees in the dash. I took a chance that the service department might have a cancellation that Saturday so they could see if it was easily fixable. They were kind enough to take a look and saw that a new switch was needed to move the seat back far enough for comfort. Unfortunately the part was not available until Monday when we would be gone so we switched vehicles for the return trips. I really appreciated the service department's extra effort in checking this problem out. They were fully booked, but took the time to try to help. I would certainly recommend the service department for their courtesy, speed, kindness and knowledge. More

The salesman kind of made my mind up for me. I called Mike the day I dropped my car off again but my call was transferred to someone else ?. He said they don't give loaners that he would call me back after he talked to Mike but I didn't hear back from him. More
They charged me for a service on my tires I had a warranty on. When I went in to get a refund, they couldn’t refund my money. They finally found the reason for a leak in my tire I had brought it in f warranty on. When I went in to get a refund, they couldn’t refund my money. They finally found the reason for a leak in my tire I had brought it in for twice. They also didn’t reset the maintenance schedule on the car, and other things too many to fit in here. I get the feeling the mechanics are subcontracted. I have a 43,000 dollar car , and they don’t know anything about the warranties on it when we call in for maintenance. They put the wrong kind of oil in it for my first oil change. Too much to mention in here. More
