Came in during 2,000 mile cross country trip for check engine light and found out that engine needed replacement. Had no choice but to buy new car. Caleb Bloom was very helpful and got me into a 2021 Tu engine light and found out that engine needed replacement. Had no choice but to buy new car. Caleb Bloom was very helpful and got me into a 2021 Tucson. It will be my wife's new car and I'll get her 2015 Sonata Hybrid. She loves it. Also a plus is that it came with tow hitch. My wife is handicapped and this will be very helpful for transporting her scooter. Thank you Caleb. More

Even with an "appointment" it took 2 days to complete a diagnostic test on my car that the service order states as a "one hour" test. I had to initiate all calls to see if my car was ready. Many changes since last visit. More professional & showed interest with my concerns. Kyle was friendly & listened to all questions with true-full answers. I was informed of options that were never explained interest with my concerns. Kyle was friendly & listened to all questions with true-full answers. I was informed of options that were never explained in the past. Until this visit I always treated rather poorly due to the fact I receive free oil changes as long as I own the vehicle. With that said I received the free service without anything else checked. Great job! More
