This place is a disgrace. This was our 3rd car we bought there. NEVER AGAIN! The sales man (nick) agreed we would get 100k miles free oil. Finance guy killed that with slick words. Adam saved the sale on another car, but we had lots of problems. Wrong VIN on paperwork. Mailed wrong VIN on paperwork for DMV, had to go back again after they fixed paperwork for title. Had a due out on cargo holders, suppose to be ordered, never got. but got money back, finally. Ryan got in my face about 100k oil issue when I argued with finance guy. I would travel of state before I would buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE CARELESS AND JUST WANT TO GET A SALE. THEN YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. FORGET ABOUT CALLING HYUNAI CORPORATION. More

So I tried the Indy Hyundai website online tool, and was able to enter info and pick a time, but the tool would not let me submit the request. So I tried the online chat tool and upon completion, was informed that I would hear back. I then got an e-mail saying that the request had been received and I would receive a call. A week passed and no call, so I tried a direct call and was finally able to schedule an appointment Upon arrival ,I was not met .an enthusiastic welcome, little was said to me by any. of three service advisors that I saw during the 90 minutes that I was waiting Nothing was said about the work that was done. Overall, a big decline in service from previous visits with other cars when Ira and Eva made me feel like a valued customer. More
The Bob Rohrman Hyundai website had the vehicle of interest listed with two discounts and a price between 31,000 and less than 32,000. The website had listed this vehicle as having 81 miles on it. I was encouraged by a salesman (Josh Sterrett) to come by, and test drive the car. On 7/5/21, around 1:30 pm I arrived at the dealership and parked by what appeared to be the vehicle of interest. Soon after identified as Josh. He was cleaning out the vehicle. He told me an employee had been driving the car. After the salesman was done cleaning items such as food, out of the vehicle, I entered the driver’s side. I then observed the car had over 5,700 miles on it. I test drove the car and learned this was not a new car, but a demo car. The car drove fine as far as I could tell. Upon arriving back to the dealership, I went inside to the salesman’s desk. Gave basic information. He left and came back with very high figures considering what should have been the value of my trade in, what I thought was the cost of the vehicle, and what should have been a discount considering the mileage on the vehicle. Then I learned the amount of the car did not match what was on the dealer’s website. I was then told one of the discounts listed in the online price did not apply to that vehicle, but other select vehicles. Also not mentioned as I consideration was an adjustment in price due to the vehicle having over 5,700 miles on it. At this point I requested my keys back and walked outside. I was later approached by an employee, and they told me they did not realize it was a demo car and then presented with figures clearly much better than the first offer. Against my better judgement (which was later validated), I decided on one of the options presented. After signing paperwork, I was told to wait as the vehicle was being washed and cleaned. I was then led out to a garage area, which was not well lit, where the car was located. The salesman I was working with had another employee show me mostly programming of the dashboard. I then drove the car home, parked the car in my garage. The next morning, I got in the car for work and noticed several scuff marks on the driver’s side door. After using a finger to see if it was simply dust or dirt it became clear these marks were permanent. I then observed the back of both front seats and there was dirt and footprints covering both seats. There was also dirt on the back seating area. There was two scuff marks on the back doors. On the outside, I noticed three small dents above and behind the back right door. This is the condition the vehicle was in when I left the dealership. Nobody from the dealership made me aware of any damage to the vehicle. Overall, I am very upset and disappointed with the entire experience at Bob Rohrman Hyundai. I should have followed my instincts and the red flags and left. But I made a very poor decision to trust that the people at this dealership were honest and had some ethics. As a result, I spent part of my day today cleaning footprints off the back of the front seats of my wonderful new ride. I am sure poor reviews are edited off this website. But I am just getting started sharing my experience. More
I know the facility is under construction, but the waiting room was filthy. Chairs had stains, pop corn on floors in both areas. Tops of tables had not been cleaned.
