This by far has been the worse experience from any car dealership that I have ever had. This dealership has had my car for over 3 weeks and have not called to provide any updates, not one time. When I call, I am placed on hold for extended periods of time and no one ever returns my call. My advisor was never in the loop and often times told me things that weren’t true. This dealership doesn’t work with any since of urgency. I would 100% not recommend this dealership. Run. Run. Run. I have been paying for a car rental for over 3 weeks and the only thing wrong with my vehicle is that I needed to have a couple of sensors replaced. The customer service is non existent. To be honest, everything they told me felt fabricated. For example, my advisor initially told me that since this was a motor issue, my car was being taken a part for complicated diagnostic work. I decided to ride by the dealership and saw my car parked in the parking lot. After speaking with the manager, the manager informed me that my car had not been touched and will not be touched until they received confirmation from Hyundai’s warranty department. The ironic part of this matter is that I’m due for an upgrade and the Sales Manager has consistently asked me to come in to look at new cars. WHY WOULD I EVER BY ANOTHER HYUNDAI IF IT TAKES OVER A MONTH FOR SERVICE WHICH COMES WITH xxxx POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE? More
