Check engine light has been on intermittently for months but goes off when I took vehicle in for routine services Finally got an appointment scheduled and the light stayed on so it could be diagnosed. Sho but goes off when I took vehicle in for routine services Finally got an appointment scheduled and the light stayed on so it could be diagnosed. Showed up for appointment on Saturday only to be told diagnostics not really available on Saturday. This was never mentioned by the automated appointment scheduler nor was I contacted by service department prior to appointment. Had to reschedule for smoke test which took several weeks to get appointment. Smoke test diagnosed issue with Fuel Vapor purge valve and recommended replacement of valve and some associated hoses. Technician left throttle sensor cable disconnected after smoke test. Ordered parts for repair and service department never called when parts arrived. It took 3 calls to service department to discover parts were in and get an appointment for installation with another 3 week wait. Parts finally installed and check engine error codes cleared. Check engine light came back on 5 min after leaving dealership. More
