My husband and I have being car shopping for a couple of weeks now. We had our minds set on a Mitsubishi SUV, when we went to the Mitsubishi dealer to start the purchase the sales man was beyond unprofessio weeks now. We had our minds set on a Mitsubishi SUV, when we went to the Mitsubishi dealer to start the purchase the sales man was beyond unprofessional when requested the BOS. Needless to say we walked out of that dealer. Very frustrated, we still decided to take a peak at the dealers near by and we ended up going to the Hyundai dealer. The moment we came in, it was a totally different experience than the previous dealer we visited. Our sales man Andres was very friendly. He put attention at what we were looking for and even though our minds were set on a small SUV when we saw the Sonata we immediately LOVE the car. He was very knowledgeable regarding the car but besides the knowledge regarding the vehicle his demeanor was pleasant, he was having great conversations with us as we had already knowing him for a while. We requested to test drive the car, we asked him questions regarding the car and each and every single question was answered. After running some numbers on our end we went back to the dealer and we decided to go ahead and purchase the car from him. Besides liking the car so much, Andres made our experience very pleasant and he was the main reason we decided to get the car. All of the personnel in the dealer was friendly, Finance department was very efficient as well. We will definitely come back to do business in the near future. More
