Had to wait for several hours to get to Financing. Also there were issues with the taxes being higher than they really should have been which was attributed to “computer errors”. We caught it and they fixed the problem for us, but seems they could be taking advantage of people who do not catch that. Hope the BBB can do an audit to make sure they are not taking advantage of customers. More

Took over 6 hours what should be 10 mins with the usual sales games and car was delivered two days later and not on time. No walk through or setup of bluekink or car functionality. Terrible Hyundai finance process and Zaher finance manager who had very poor customer interaction. no coverage on weekends and took three days to respond on finance. Only saving grace was Jeff the sales manager who was nice to deal with. The sales office was an under construction but no amenities water etc. More
