Today, 6/21/21 I finally received the all weather cargo mat as promised...3 months after being told it was ordered. After my last contact here on 6/10 Stone called me and said that he had checked on the order and that it had been back-ordered but was now enroute and we should receive it shortly, as we did about a week later. I am going to give Stone the benefit of the doubt here. It is possible it had been back-ordered all that time. That still leaves some communications shortfalls. We had never been told it was back-ordered before. We were asked to be patient since delivery could take a while, but nothing about a back-order. Indeed, Stone expressed surprise that we had not gotten it, in previous communications with him. So, trusting that this was nothing more than a communications problem, I have upgraded the rating I gave the dealership in several categories. Obviously this was still a negative, but I will trust that it was merely a communications error and nothing more to justify my change in rating.
