What wasn't bad?! We drove 2.5 hours and they knew days in advance we were coming. They never told us the vehicle we were coming to see was used as a rental vehicle, we We drove 2.5 hours and they knew days in advance we were coming. They never told us the vehicle we were coming to see was used as a rental vehicle, we never would have made the trip with a 9 month old! The van was so dirty, had trash inside, scratches all over it and a ripped seat. This was a 2015 Sienna, not acceptable. They were to find us a new vehicle and inform us of the specs and send pictures. We finally got these when I asked where things stood and the picture was a snow covered van! A local dealer contacted us, Allan Nott, and matched their price for a year newer. I called to inform Bob Rohrman we no longer were interested in doing business. Avery told me they just got the van in yesterday and that's why we weren't told anything. That was a flat out lie as I had contacted them the day prior and was told they already had it. Ronda actually hung up on me while I was explaining we did not want to do business. So unprofessional and rude. More

Excellent experience with all involved. Larry Rainford has been my salesman since 1985. I have found that my favorite vehicle is the Toyota 4-Runner. I am so excited to be back in a 4-Runner Larry Rainford has been my salesman since 1985. I have found that my favorite vehicle is the Toyota 4-Runner. I am so excited to be back in a 4-Runner! Not only does Larry treat me honestly on the vehicles he has sold me, many of the other Toyota folks take good care of me. Trey Rohrman is the General Manager and I know I can go to him about any questions I might have and or problems. Also Bob in the Service Dept. is always there for me.?? Whether it be for an oil change or a full check up. The used car fellows were great in helping Larry get the 2003 4-Runner ready for me to buy and we all had a very smooth transaction. I will always go to Bob Rorhman Toyota for my vehicles!!! Thanks to everyone that helped me get my dream vehicle!!! More
