Upon arrival and inspection we noted the Sienna's features stated in their internet advertisement were not 100% accurate; the van was missing the stated entertainment system. We brought this to Anthony, Luke and Trey's attention and they went above and beyond our expectations to make sure they could rectify the error to meet our expectations. They truly appeared concerned about the error and wanted us to feel like we were getting the vehicle and features promised to us.
