Salesman of the year We had not fully decided to purchase a vehicle when arriving at Bob Rohrman Toyota. When we entered the clean, lovely facility we were greeted with a smile by salesperson Austin Conroy. Austin was very patient on our long journey on a drenching wet day to find our perfect vehicle. Austin was not pushy, but was attentive...we have both said that we will definitely buy again from Austin. At the end of our journey we decided that the used Toyota Siennas on the lot were not exactly what we were looking for, when we asked if Austin could still be our salesman at the Bob Rohrman Honda lot we were pleased that he could!! We are pleased with our beautiful new Honda Odessey and appreciate the great people at Bob Rohrman who stayed till 1030pm to get our financing done on a cold rainy night. More

From the first contact with Holly Blanton via internet and email at Bob Rohrman Toyota Scion in Lafayette, IN to test driving my new Highlander with G From the first contact with Holly Blanton via internet and email at Bob Rohrman Toyota Scion in Lafayette, IN to test driving my new Highlander with Graham Kennedy and learning about all the features, to signing the final papers with Marcus Zimmer, the whole experience couldn't have been a better one. I live in Indy, so committing to drive all the way up to Lafayette just to look at a new car may seem a little extreme. But the time and drive were definitely worth it. Holly made sure that someone would be waiting to show me the Highlander that I'd seen on line, and true to her word, Graham was there as was the Highlander, ready and waiting for my test drive. Graham explain many of the features before I even got behind the wheel and then anticipated that I wanted a quiet, smooth ride so surprisingly suggested that we go out onto the highway where the construction has left many rough patches......but the Highlander didn't disappoint. The ride was quiet and smooth. I was sold right then and there. Once I got the deal that I felt was very fair, Marcus stepped in and worked me through the financing which can be a grueling point of sale, but Marcus even made that a pleasant experience. Definitely worth the drive. More
