I was kept waiting for 4 hours when the car was done in one hour. Why did he pick on me? What did I do to deserve such crappy treatment? Customer service is in the trash at this place. WE GOT PRESSURED IINTO AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WENT BACK IN TO CANCEL IT WAS TOLD BY DAVE FORD HE WOULD CANCEL IT AND SEND A CHECK TO THE BANK FOR 2200 DOLLARS BUT WOULD NOT REDO THE LOAN SO I GET TO PAY 4.31 TO CANCEL IT WAS TOLD BY DAVE FORD HE WOULD CANCEL IT AND SEND A CHECK TO THE BANK FOR 2200 DOLLARS BUT WOULD NOT REDO THE LOAN SO I GET TO PAY 4.31 % for 60 months ON THE 2200 THAT IS STILL FIGURED IN THE LOAN AMOUNT. I DID NOT ASK FOR A EXTENDED WARRANTY TO START WITH THEY JUST PUT IT IN . WE GOT RUSHED THRU THE PAPER WORKAT SIGNING. THE WIFI WAS SUSPOSE TO BE TURN ON TOYOTA SAID THE DEALER HAD TO AUTHORIZE THAT WAS NOT DONE I CANT CONNECT TO THE HIGHLANDER WITH MY PHONE . I HAVE BEEN A RORHMAN CUSTOMER FOR 30 YEARS THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WE FELT WE GOT THE BUMBS RUSH. HAD GREAT EXPERENCES UPTILL NOW . AND IT MAY BE THE LAST. VERY UNHAPPY. More
