I purchased a van that has a bad torque converter and am still waiting for salesman and manager to return my call. Stone was notified by email around 8 hours of purchase of issues with van. I would like to make arrangements to return van and get my money back. I'm still waiting for a response and feel I'm getting the run around. I'm more than disappointed that I traveled to Lafayette to leave my newborn, wife and babies to get a van for my family and experience this. I received a call within a couple hours of submitting this from manager Drew and was told he would talk to salesperson and call back the next day. As of 6:48pm, I have not received a call back from him. Stone finally called me back today and basically told me it out of his hands. It is obvious I'm getting the run around. I left a message for Zach yesterday and never received a call back. In addition, it is 12/8/20 6:30pm and I'm still waiting for my refund check from the purchase that I have been told on more than one occasion that it is in the mail. More
