I like the car I got. It was a pretty good price. They were friendly, and the salesman himself was good, but this was a fairly painful process. Maybe that's just normal for car sales, but I don't remember it being this hard the last time I bought one. More

Everyone was friendly and nice enough. This just took way way way too long. I think I was there for an hour and a half for 20000 mile service with no issues. After an hour I was texting the service advisor and he said 10-15 minutes. I think they changed my time complete on my paperwork because I didn’t get out of there til after what it said. The waiting area was packed when I got there. I wish they would have mentioned it would be so busy and a very long wait when I called to schedule the day before. I would have happily picked a time that wasn’t already so full. More
