Oil change I needed a last minute oil change the night before I was leaving for a very long distance road trip for the upcoming holiday. The service manager Dave was able to arrange for his staff to do my oil change and inspect my vechicle to ensure it was safe for the long road trip ahead even though they were booked when I called that day. Great and quick service...old dealership I had an in and out experience with a wonderful young lady. Gave me a coupon and was straightforward with everything. Service at dealership I had 3 reasons to come to dealership today. I needed to replace a broken tail light, have a wheel alignment and an oil change. My service advisor, Bi I had 3 reasons to come to dealership today. I needed to replace a broken tail light, have a wheel alignment and an oil change. My service advisor, Bill, was courteous and informative. But I'm upset that When I made the app's over the phone with Jamie, she booked my app's incorrectly. And she could have clarified it with me because when I told her "someone smashed into my tail light and broke it, how much would it cost to replace it including labor and any body work?" And she said $70 and I said That's all?? She could have told me that was just for a bulb. Well, I clearly need more than just a bulb. So NOW I have to make a 2nd trip and I live about 20 miles away and have a lot to accomplish before surgery. More
