I was very pleased with my sales team. But I’ve been very unhappy with the process of trying to get the license plate for the car I purchased. I purchased my car on May 18 and it’s June 19 and they still hav unhappy with the process of trying to get the license plate for the car I purchased. I would’ve preferred to take it to Ziebart of my choice and when I purchased a package I was unaware that I couldn’t do that. More

Nice people but WAY TO SLOW. Not in a hurry to get people out. I have been in 3x for something that should take 5-20. Each time took 45-hr to be completed when it was completed.
