I showed up to just LOOK at vehicles, not knowing what I was doing in the slightest and I was approached by Josh G. He was so kind, sincere and genuine. He was funny, personable, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I didn’t feel like I was just a number or a quota to him, I felt like he was actually trying to help me and cared about my outcome. He helped me through the whole process and went above and beyond. He even helped me return my rental. He took the time to sit with me and teach me all about the new care. He was so patient with me. I have nothing but good things to say about Josh G. Now to Russell. Russell was also SO amazing. I am brand new to all of this regarding loans and financial issues and Russell was so patient, kind, genuine, and so wonderful. He felt like a father giving true and authentic advice and like he truly cared about me and my well being. I felt 100% taken care of the entire time. I went in there all by myself, but never once felt alone. I felt taken care of and supported the entire time. Russ and I spent over an hour together and he went very slow to make sure I understood everything, he answered all of my questions and offered as much advice as I needed and then some. These two men were amazing and I feel blessed to have worked with them. I had the worst week I have had in so long after getting in an accident and I walked into this place not knowing anything about vehicles or loans or what to do and they placed me with an amazing vehicle and a stable loan and financial situation that is suited for what works best for me. If you guys ever work through this place, I highly recommend working with Josh G. and Russell. They are two amazing people. More
