Mr. Lincourt, We are so sorry you feel that way. We thought when you came back from dinner, after knowing all details and pondering the entire circumstance, that you were satisfied; because you still decided to go thru with the sale. We really do aim to please and practice complete transparency, which we did immediately upon sitting down and reviewing numbers. We did not "take off" the Ziebart Appearance package, by the way, we were able to "include at no extra charge". I hope that helps because you really got an amazing deal!!! See us anytime for copy of the details of the Ziebart Appearance that was "pre-installed"...again, "at no extra charge" :)
