It was perfect except for a flawed paint touch up done on the tailgate. They fixed the paint, had a second key made for me, gave me a loaner car to drive, & I brought my new Equinox home last night :) Thank you Jeff & Geoff for your patience & going above & beyond to put me in another Bob Ridings car. Excellent Service I had a transmission problem with my 2013 Ford Fusion (purchased at Ridings) and took it in for service. Since I live in Springfield, I needed a renta I had a transmission problem with my 2013 Ford Fusion (purchased at Ridings) and took it in for service.
