I stopped in unannounced on a very busy afternoon due to a service light that had appeared on my vehicle. Jim was able to work me in quickly to diagnose the issue. I called thursday afternoon ,got in on friday @330 to get my breaks checked and was able to get my repair done too. The service guy was very nice, helpful, honest and got it done in timely manner.
