Cruze Recall Unfortunately, my brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze that I purchased at the end of February was part of the recall and had to have the axle replaced. I took Unfortunately, my brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze that I purchased at the end of February was part of the recall and had to have the axle replaced. I took it to Bob Pulte to be checked and was informed that my new baby had to have the axle replaced so I was not able to drive the car due to safety concerns. During the 7 weeks that it was waiting for the part to come in I spoke with Randy Hurst on several occasions to try to find out when I might be getting my car back and he was always very patient with me and tried to be as helpful as possible. I let him know that I really like my Cruze and could not wait to get it back!!! I was thrilled when Randy called to tell me that they received the parts in, without notice, and even more thrilled to pick up the car and finally get to drive it again. Thanks for all your help and most importantly your patience!!! More

I received a telephone call from Jim Couch regarding the recall on my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu last week. I was scheduled for service on Saturday, May 17th. DeWayne France took care of everything, and was very friendly and professional. Recall on my 2014 Malibu I was called on May 14, 2014 by Jim Couch of Bob Pulte Chevrolet advising me to bring my 2014 Malibu in for recall fix. Great Purchasing Experience! I visited Bob Pulte Chevrolet after scoping out an '08 Mazda CX-7 on their website. I was greeted immediately after arriving, and was checking out the car within 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly but not pushy at all- a rarity among salesmen, in my experience! Skeeter Shaw helped me check out the Mazda and answered all of my questions with much-appreciated honestly and good advice. He was a true pleasure to work with! I took the car for a test drive and, after inspecting it to my satisfaction, decided to put an offer down on the spot. Skeeter was wonderful about covering different finance options for me; when I mentioned that I wasn't sure I could put a ton of money down that day, he offered to check out the option of putting $0 down. That turned out to work out wonderfully for me- I got a great financing package that included a warranty that we were able to custom-build based on my budget. I was thrilled! A HUGE thank you to Skeeter and everyone at Bob Pulte for a fantastic car-buying experience. It was a pleasure and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. More

Simply the best car buying experience. Ever. I cannot begin to express how happy we are with the service we received when purchasing our new-to-us Ford Flex from Skeeter Shaw at Bob Pulte Chevrol I cannot begin to express how happy we are with the service we received when purchasing our new-to-us Ford Flex from Skeeter Shaw at Bob Pulte Chevrolet. There is honestly not one aspect of the experience that I would have changed. To start, Skeeter was extremely likeable - which is refreshing in a car salesman. He was the perfect combination of interested and knowledgable while being forthright and honest. There was no pressure or bs - he was laid back but still engaged. Skeeter was professional, but funny, and extremely pleasant to work with. We have bought more cars than I care to count over the years and never once have we had this type of experience with a salesman. I also wanted to share our impression from a dealership standpoint. This was probably the cleanest dealership we have ever been to. We had both our 3 year old and 19 year old goddaughter with us. All said and done we were at the dealership for about 3 and half hours. The kids were both comfortable the entire time. There was a perfect child size table and chairs set, an easel and crayons and tvs and vending machines that kept both of them quite happy. When the kids were with us during the process Skeeter addressed them personally, remembering details we had shared during our earlier conversations. The sales manager we worked with, Biff, was also just completely enjoyable. He made what can be a painful process quite simple and stressfree. With everything from loan details to warranty information there was no pressure, no bs, just truthful information. When he was expressing an opinion he presented it as just that, a personal opinion, but also provided great logical information as well. And the super cool interactive technology we used to sign the "papers" made the tedious part of the process a little bit fun actually. A couple additional things that may seem small but truly made a big impression: When Skeeter heard me mention to my husband that my cell phone battery was running low he offered to get a charger and charge it - he had a variety of chargers available. Also when we test drove the car the gas tank was very close to empty. My husband and I joked to ourselves about how they were getting a deal because we had recently filled up the tank in the car we were trading in. We went to leave the parking lot and I was looking to head toward the gas station when I realized there was now half a tank of gas. In all the instances we have purchased a new car this has never been done for us. Again, something small but it really went long way to impress us. This dealership is a good 45 minute drive for us, we stumbled upon it when looking at cars online. Despite the distance I can say with confidence that this will now be our family dealership and Skeetar Shaw will absolutely be our personal car salesman. It was worth every cent of gas money and every mile of the drive. Highly, highly recommend. More
As always it was a great experience bringing my truck in for service. Dewayne greeted me cheerfully and got me taken care of right away.
