The service and communication were excellent. I new what was happening every step of the way and was treated very nice by all that worked there. I had my Cadillac in for warranty work as well as brake service. DeWayne explained all work & estimate, and as always the work was done on time & at the price quoted. Randy and his team went above and beyond expectations on my last visit. I asked Randy for assistance in getting a aftermarket exhaust for my 2012 Camaro ss. Randy went and searched one out for a truly great price. He got me the exhaust and gave me a more than fair price for installation. His team excelled when we had fitment issues that were related to the exhaust manufacturer. Rick the shop foreman spent a lot of time trying to correct the issue. He was truly dedicated to making the system fit properly and to ensure I would be happy with it. This team is the best of the best in my opinion. I will only trust my car to Bob Pulte Chevrolet for all future work. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

I really like the personal attention given to whatever problems I have. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They are also sensitive to one's inconvenience and try to resolve issues in an efficient problems I have. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating.
