The service department of this dealership is by far the best part. They are always friendly and nice. The rest of the dealership needs work. I came in to get my acadia that had been worked on. I work late and was told (my fault for not checking first) that it closed at 8pm. I came on Friday and got there close to closing time. When I pulled into the dealership I saw an open spot next to my acadia. Ashley and her little high-school friends were there getting ready to leave. Her friend was blocking the drive area for me to part next to my acadia. I waited and she wouldn't move, so I had to go around her, drive all the way down the aisle and turn around to come back and park by my car. She gave me a very nasty look when I tried to go around her like I was bothering her. Her other friend, I think works at the dealership, went inside right before me and didn't hold the door open for me. I was given dirty looks by all the girls, except for Ashley. I went to the window to get my keys and they were pretty nice. When I was coming back out to switch the cars out, the finance manager was trying to lock up. I told him that I just had to move stuff over and I would hurry. He seemed very aggrevated and told me that they are closing. Seriously? I hurried as fast as I could to get my stuff moved over. It was a very frustrating experience. We didn't have the best experience buying the acadia from there, and the sales person, skeeter, has never called us to thank us or follow-up. In fact, my husband said the last time he was in there he said hi to skeeter and he blew him off. We won't buy another vehicle from that dealership. Dwayne in the service department is excellent!! Arrived early for service recall work. They had me in and out before my original service time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The service area was clean as was the waiting area. I own two late model Chevrolets and Pulte is my dealership of record for both. I was in the service department on May 29th. My vehicle was due for the regular maintenance and tire rotation. And I was very concerned that my 3 year old SUV was having some serious AC problem. Jim and Randy assured me they would check it out and report to me as I waited in the lounge area with a fresh cup of coffee. Jim soon joined me in the lounge and said I was all ready to go. The AC problem was a minor adjustment and the complete service and tire rotation had already been completed. So, for a very minimal fee, I was once again on the road with complete peace of mind. There are other GM dealers much closer to my home, but I choose to drive 16 miles one way in order to enjoy the competent service, the friendly environment, and the professional attitude of the entire staff at Pulte Chevrolet. They advertise that they will beat any competitor's price by $600, but when I went to buy a vehicle, the offer they gave me was about $500 MORE than the advertised price at Jake Sweeney. The sales manager kept saying I had to "read the fine print" in the Sweeney ad, but THERE WAS NO FINE PRINT. I told them to show me the "fine print" and they couldn't do it. I had been to Sweeney earlier in the day and recieved a firm quote from them based on their ad. Pulte clearly had no intention of honoring their "will beat competitors by $600" promise and completely wasted my entire afternoon. More

The service and communication were excellent. I new what was happening every step of the way and was treated very nice by all that worked there.
