Wen I called for oil change/tire rotation, they worked me in within the hour. I also complained of some brake noise. The service at Bob Pulte was stellar! I have a new Chevy Volt and it represents a return to purchasing an American made car after 30 years of only owning Japanese or German made automobiles. Not only is the Chevy Volt an amazing vehicle that makes me proud to be an American, the service I got at Bob Pulte was nothing less than perfect. They are quick to respond, bent over backwards to help me, gave me a rental vehicle while my Volt waited for a part, called repeatedly to update me on the status and progress of the repair and made the entire experience pleasant and painless. In hindsight, I should have purchased the car their since I suspect the sales team is equally courteous, professional and easy to work with. More

Service trailer brake light came on and when I called the dealer they were prompt and had me in the next day. They replaced two parts that had to be ordered but only had my truck two days. Thirty-nine dollars is not a true (special).that is pricey even if it wasn't a special. Other than high price the the work was done in a timely manner,everyone was courteous, kind and helpful.
