Wen I called for oil change/tire rotation, they worked me in within the hour. I also complained of some brake noise. They had to turn the rotors I guess, and loaned me a new Cruze for the afternoon at in within the hour. I also complained of some brake noise. Not only is the Volt and it represents a return to purchasing an American made car after 30 years of only owning Japanese or German made automobiles. Not only is the Chevy Volt an amazing vehicle that makes me proud to be an American, the service I got at Bob Pulte was nothing less than perfect. They are quick to respond, bent over backwards to help me, gave me a rental vehicle while my Volt waited for a part, called repeatedly to update me on the status and progress of the repair and made the entire experience pleasant and painless. In hindsight, I should have purchased the car their since I suspect the sales team is equally courteous, professional and easy to work with. More
