Very good experience- starting before I went to the Bob Pulte dealership- shopping online. There were two vehicles- models and styles -that I was interested in- and Bob Pulte and the other dealerships wer Pulte dealership- shopping online. There were two vehicles- models and styles -that I was interested in- and Bob Pulte and the other dealerships were not the only one showing such vehicles in my price range- but they were the only ones that had a free car fax offered online for the vehicles they were selling. I knew when I left the house I was going to buy one of those vehicles and what I was going to pay-and to be honest both places were pleasant experiences, it was mainly the vehicle at Bob Pulte was more what I wanted- actually- more than I wanted but for the price I was willing to pay. Skeeter Shaw, the salesman- did not really seem like a "salesman"- he was more a guy who knew a lot about the vehicle, and immediately answered one of my concerns I had read on the car fax just in our conversation- because he had dealt with the previous owner who was the second owner and picked the vehicle up with unusually low mileage. The explanation of this being a truck used to haul sound systems on weekends expained the under 1000k during the first year-and-a-half. When I made my offer- Skeeter took it to his boss, Bob Jordan, who came back with what I thought was a very fair counter offer and we shook hands on the deal. While Skeeter was getting paperwork togewther I did have another talk with Bob Jordan that was very informative. I hope the Pulte dealership appreciates these two fine employees- I would go back or refer people in a heartbeat! More
My family has been in twice recently for oil changes on our vehicles. We had heard from our daughter that the Service Department at Pulte was great and they were not always trying to push you into more se our vehicles. We were very pleased that we were able to go in, get our oil changes and not be pressured to have other services done on our vehicles. Everyone was courteous and they checked for any recalls. There was a new recall for our pick-up that we were unaware of and they took care of that. I also like the fact that you can make a specific appointment and get in on time. We will most certainly continue to use the Pulte Service Deepartment. More
I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, This was by far the easiest most pleasant experience We have ever had in a car dealership. They even did that over the phone so I would know coming in what the price was. Now our salesperson "Amanda Sheets" was outstanding! Used car sales people are now and always have been one of the lowest forms of human existence. Not Amanda! The longer we were there the less I could believe she has actually been doing this for years. She in NO WAY resembles and car sales person I have ever met, She was friendly and funny and not once did she try to deceive us.The next car we buy will be from Bob Pulte Chevrolet and Amanda will sell it to us. It is worth the 1 hour drive to be treated this well. More
The overall experience at Bob Pulte was a pleasant experience, employees were nice. The vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I really like the new showroom/waiting room. This definitely gives the dealership a High-Line Feel. The dealership is very clean. The bathroom floors were so clean that they looked wet (but they weren't). I have two recommendations both of which are very minor. I would recommend installing a Honk-a-Door on the Service Drive door, or putting a sign up stating "please wait for the door to be opened". I felt like an idiot sitting in front of the door, i didn't know if i was supposed to get out and go in or wait for the door to open. Also, I would recommend having a pot of hot coffee on a warmer in the waiting room, rather than a Coffee Pump Pot that the coffee gets cold in over time. Other than those small details, it was a fantastic experience. More
Twice in the past several weeks I have been a customer at Bob Pulte Chevrolet. The first time as a new car buyer. Skeeter Shaw sales the salesperson. I was entirely satisfied. with the entire process and would give my Shaw high marks for his professionalism. The prupose of my second visit was to have a diesel Siverado 3500 truck serviced due to a defective NOX sensor. Through this process, Mr. DeWayne France handled my case. He too was professional. I was quickly given appointments, things moved along efficiently, and as far as I can tell, the problem was fixed. Both Mr. Shaw and Mr. France were good ambassadors for the dealership. More

One of the best things about working with Skeeter is that he was never pushy, respected our need to communicate via email rather than constantly being on the phone with him. It was as easy as saying, "this is what I need, this is what I want, let me know via email when you find something and then we will talk." Simple, easy, straight-forward! More

We are repeat customers. Charles (Skeeter) Shaw represents his agency well. Professional, doesn't cast the image of being a slick manipulative salesman. Satisfied with the terms we worked out. Will return to him for future cars. We also respect the dealership. Have had very good results with the service dept. Once took a Chev. 2500 4WD truck in for repair certain that the transfer case was ruined. Expected a several thousand dollar repair. Instead of fixing something that wasn't broke, mechanics found an inexpensive electical component failure and only charged for that. Since vehicles are now so complicated and a customer is somewhat at the mercy of the mechanic, it is good to know you can trust your dealership More

I am a loyal chevy auto owner, in fact, 4 of the 5 vehicles I have owned have been chevy vehicles. I have always been very satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship with which they are built. This repair happened to be because of a design flaw in the equinox but, with JC's help, we discovered it was going to be repaired at no cost to us under a special policy that GM recently released. JC got us right in, confirmed that the repair would be covered and had the car back to us completely repaired in just one day! In our experience, GM always stands behind their products and JC's commitment to the highest level of customer service reaffirmed for us that we have made the right choice in purchasing GM vehicles--he made the service experience painless, even pleasant! I will definitely return to Bob Pulte!! More
I typically make my husband deal with any car issues because in the past other places have made me feel belittled because I am a woman and they talk down to me. They listened to my issues, took a drive with me to see if we could replicate the issues, called when they figured out the issues and never once made me feel belittled. More
