I had a great experience with the service team. I dropped off my truck for some service work and an oil change while I was on vacation. They called me to discuss what they found, what they needed to dropped off my truck for some service work and an oil change while I was on vacation. I returned to pick it up when my vacation was over, and paying and picking up was quick and painless. I will always return for my service work in the future. More

The whole crew at Pulte Chevrolet in Lebanon, Ohio are committed to customer satisfaction, but it is really the service department that sets this dealership apart from all others. Service representative, committed to customer satisfaction, but it is really the service department that sets this dealership apart from all others. Service representative, Jim Couch and the rest of the men and women of the service department go beyond what would normally be expected. While one would expect common performance grades for normally scheduled service, it is the unexpected mechanical problem where these folks really shine. Twice when our Impala developed potential problems, Jim Couch took our vehicle in immediately and within an hour we knew what was wrong and what it was going to take to fix it. The repairs were made promptly, and we were back on the road again with little disruption in our daily routines. But beyond that it was the commitment to total customer satisfaction, and the promise to do whatever it takes to make it right that is so reassuring. Without a doubt, when it comes to purchasing our next car, it will be a Pulte car, not so much because it is GM or a Chevrolet, but because of the efficiency, commitment, quality of the people in Pulte's service department. this is my 3rd new vehicle from pulte chev this year and hope to be able to keep my new vehicle purchases local as i usually get a new truck every 6 mths or so and a new car for the wife as needed,i used to hope to be able to keep my new vehicle purchases local as i usually get a new truck every 6 mths or so and a new car for the wife as needed,i used to buy all my vehicles from busch chev in wilmington but pulte chev stepped up to the plate again and gave me the most for my trade which is all that matters since i'm a GM employee,i also like the service i get there as well,i have a large family and they all come to me to get an authorization # for their car and truck needs as well--dick was very helpful showing me all the new bluetooth and radio controls etc.sincerely ---- james kelly More
I felt that Mr. Brooks was extremely pushy and did not listen to what we were saying. When we would tell him things he would let it go through one ear and go ahead and do what he wanted anyways. His pushy sales techniques were enough to make me want to go to another dealership. People don't get it, I am more in likely to buy a vehicle from you if you treat me like a person and not a commission. I was extremely disappointed in Dick Brooks. Did I buy a vehicle? Yes, and only because that was our intentions from the beginning. It was a done deal before we even walked in, but it was certainly not because of Dick. Was he nice? Yes, but not for the reason's he should of been. It was forced and was easily seen through. I have bought vehicles before from this dealership and never experienced the feeling that I was a bonus right before Christmas. This is the reason why salesman and dealerships are given a bad name.
