Service representative, Jim Couch and the rest of the men and women of the service department go beyond what would normally be expected. While one would expect common performance grades for normally scheduled service, it is the unexpected mechanical problem where these folks really shine. Twice when our Impala developed potential problems, Jim Couch took our vehicle in immediately and within an hour we knew what was wrong and what it was going to take to fix it. The repairs were made promptly, and we were back on the road again with little disruption in our daily routines. But beyond that it was the commitment to total customer satisfaction, and the promise to do whatever it takes to make it right that is so reassuring. Without a doubt, when it comes to purchasing our next car, it will be a Pulte car, not so much because it is GM or a Chevrolet, but because of the efficiency, commitment, quality of the people in Pulte's service department. I felt that Mr. Brooks was extremely pushy and did not listen to what we were saying. When we would tell him things he would let it go through one ear and go ahead and do what he wanted anyways. People don't get it, I am more in likely to buy a vehicle from you if you treat me like a person and not a commission. I was extremely disappointed in Dick Brooks. Did I buy a vehicle? Yes, and only because that was our intentions from the beginning. It was a done deal before we even walked in, but it was certainly not because of Dick. Was he nice? Yes, but not for the reason's he should of been. It was forced and was easily seen through. I have bought vehicles before from this dealership and never experienced the feeling that I was a bonus right before Christmas. This is the reason why salesman and dealerships are given a bad name.
