My experience was positive from the time I arrived for my appointment. I was welcomed at the door and information was given on what the procedure was for the service call. Trina was top shelve and the tech t appointment. I was welcomed at the door and information was given on what the procedure was for the service call. Trina was top shelve and the tech took great care to guide me. Trina clearly explained my options and detailed the actions that would take place. Dave called me and a part was necessary and the next day I was driving my Tahoe. Really impressed. The whole dealership was that way from when I bought it all the way to a service call. Thanks More

I left my car overnight and they kept it all day the next and when I picked it up, the update had not been done. They argued that it had been and it hasn’t and clearly shows on the screen that it hasn’t so t and when I picked it up, the update had not been done. Service insisted it had been done and the screen says the update was paused and not completed and doesn’t show in recent updates.
