My experience was positive from the time I arrived for my appointment. I was welcomed at the door and information was given on what the procedure was for the service call. I left my car overnight and they kept it all day the next and when I picked it up, the update had not been done. They argued that it had been and it hasn’t and clearly shows on the screen that it hasn’t so t and when I picked it up, the update had not been done. Service insisted it had been done and the screen says the update was paused and not completed and doesn’t show in recent updates.
