I received a card in the mail for a recall. When I called, JC was very helpful. I was able to schedule my service at my convenience. I was early, but they took me right away. We found Skeeter to be friendly, responsive to our needs and honest in his dealings with us. He went out of his way to help us. Biff was excellent at getting us financing and explaining everything to do wit and honest in his dealings with us. He went out of his way to help us. Three days after we bought the used car the battery failed and when we called they took us right in and they tested to see what the problem was and replaced it with no charge. I have used this dealership for warranty service repairs with both of my cars in the past 2 years and was very satisfied with the service I received. It is convenient and the personnel are very helpful and with both of my cars in the past 2 years and was very satisfied with the service I received. I was extremely pleased with my experience with the Pulte Service Term. Jim Couch was very helpful,answered all of my questions and all of my needs were met. I was a little disapointed that the Trans co Service Term. Jim Couch was very helpful,answered all of my questions and all of my needs were met. I was a little disapointed that the Trans cooler line which had to be replaced was not covered by the 100,000 mile Drive-Train wararanty that comes with the purchase of a brand new Suburban. It seems that GM gives this warranty but can find a reason why this is not covered by the warranty itself. I feel like when you purchase a $50,000 vehicle and only have 59,000 miles on the vehicle that it in fact should not have this type of a problem already and most of all for me the consumer,the trans cooler is in fact part of the drive-train. More
