I was extremely pleased with my experience with the Pulte Service Term. Jim Couch was very helpful,answered all of my questions and all of my needs were met. I was a little disapointed that the Trans cooler line which had to be replaced was not covered by the 100,000 mile Drive-Train wararanty that comes with the purchase of a brand new Suburban. It seems that GM gives this warranty but can find a reason why this is not covered by the warranty itself. I feel like when you purchase a $50,000 vehicle and only have 59,000 miles on the vehicle that it in fact should not have this type of a problem already and most of all for me the consumer,the trans cooler is in fact part of the drive-train.
