I am not sure exactly how many cars I have purchased from Branden, but he is an excellent salesman. He is very attentive and makes sure he answers all our questions. I was having problems with my transmission. I took my car to the dealer where I bought it and they told me there was nothing wrong. A short time later I still felt that there was a problem so I took it car to the dealer where I bought it and they told me there was nothing wrong. And, I have to say that I love the fact that they have you drive with them (which the dealer that I bought the car at didn't do) so that you are both on the same page and understand the problem. Contacted Jim Couch when dash signal indicated the hood latch was open (checked it and it was latched) and Jim said bring it in and they would check it out. I had a warrenty item that need repaired; I took it to the service department on Wednesday and was told to bring it in the next day at 7:30 AM. I returned Thursday morning at 7:30 AM and at 2:30 PM I wa the service department on Wednesday and was told to bring it in the next day at 7:30 AM.
